"Designed for Microsoft® Windows® XP" Logo Testing
In order to ensure that products are designed well and are compatible with Windows XP, Microsoft has created the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" Logo Program. This logo lets your customers know that your application offers a high quality computing experience on Microsoft® Windows® XP.
To receive the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" logo, your application must pass compliance testing according to the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" Application Specification. Software developers can download the Application Specification, Test Plan, and supporting files and self-test their applications to ensure that they meet the logo requirements. However, we realize that developers may not have the time or resources necessary to create the test cases, configure the test environment, and perform the testing themselves. Therefore, we offer developers the option of outsourcing the entire testing process to us.
TelSoft will perform all of the necessary testing to ensure that your product meets the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" logo requirements. We will provide you with the results of the tests as soon as testing is completed. If your product fails any of the tests, one free retest will be provided.
All products that pass the testing are qualified to receive the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" logo, get listed in the Windows Catalog and are eligible for membership in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program.
