| View Problem Report
To view a problem report using TelTRACK, a user simply clicks on the View button next to a problem report. A new window will open containing all of the information that was previously entered into each field for the problem report. If an Attachment was included in the problem report, a URL will be displayed in the Attachment field. Clicking on the URL will display the attachment in your browser. If you would like to print the problem report, click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. When you are finished viewing the problem report, click the Close button and the window will close. Example Shown: While at the Welcome page, the user clicks the View button next to problem report number 1. A new window opens containing all the information that was previously entered into each field for the problem report. Next, the user clicks the scroll bar to display the lower portion of the page. Finally, the user clicks the Close button to exit the View Problem Report page. |
