| Logging Into TelTRACK
Each member of your team will receive a unique username and password to log into TelTRACK. Once you login, a Welcome Page will be displayed that provides the most relevant information for you to review. If you are the Project Manager, a list of all problem reports with the Status of "Open" will be displayed informing you of how many errors still need to be fixed. If you are a Developer, a list of all problem reports assigned to you to fix will be displayed. If you are a member of the QA Team, a list of all problem reports reported by you will be displayed. Example Shown: While at the Login screen, the user keys "ENG_MGR" in the Username input field. Next the user keys their assigned password in the Password input field. Finally, the user clicks the Login button to proceed to the Welcome page. The Welcome page displays all of the problem reports with the Status of Open. It also lists how many Problem Reports with the status of Open are Minor, Serious, and Fatal. |
