| TelTRACK Overview
TelTRACK is TelSoft's proprietary web-based defect-tracker. It is a powerful and easy-to-use tool designed from the perspective of software quality assurance professionals. By using TelTRACK, our clients have up-to-the-minute project information, which facilitates communication and increases productivity throughout the testing cycle. Because TelTRACK is web-based, anyone with a standard web browser can access TelTRACK. This provides timely information to individuals of your company at any time, from anywhere. TelTRACK's easy-to-use interface gives clients the ability to retrieve information about their product quickly and easily. Clients can generate Customized Reports based on any number of criteria. Detailed Reports show all of the information pertaining to each error reported. Summary reports give the most critical information concerning each error reported. Clients who use TelTRACK have the assurance that all information entered into TelTRACK is secure and confidential. When users are setup in TelTRACK, they are only given access to their own product information. Even though TelSoft works on several testing projects at one time and we utilize TelTRACK for each testing project, each client can only access and view information about their own product. TelTRACK is also customizeable. If a client needs to have input fields added to TelTRACK or certain input fields modified, TelSoft is happy to do so.
