Software Testing - Overview

TelSoft has been performing independent software quality assurance and testing services since 1992. Our Lab
We have a state-of-the-art test facility that contains desktop systems, servers, workstations, Windows and Macintosh operating systems, printers, USB devices, business applications, etc., from which we can simulate almost any real-world environment in which your product may be used. No matter what environment you need to have your product tested in, we have the resources available to create that environment.

Test Plans
Before we begin testing your software product, we will provide you with a comprehensive, detailed Test Plan. Our Test Plans are designed to provide you with all of the relevant information you need to ensure that your product will be tested thoroughly. The Test Plan typically includes:

The scope of the testing that will be performed
The test platform configurations that will be used during testing
The start and completion dates for testing
The Test Cases that will be executed during the testing of your product

We submit the Test Plan to you for your final approval before any testing begins.

Reports
During the execution of the Test Plan, all errors found by our Test Engineers are entered into TelTRACK, TelSoft's proprietary, web-based, defect-tracker. You will be given a confidential username and password to login to TelTRACK and you will have access to TelTRACK 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also supply you with daily error reports and weekly status reports concerning the testing of your product. At the completion of testing, you will be given a Final Report that will include all of the results of testing.
