Regression Testing

After the first round of testing is completed, regression testing needs to be performed to ensure that the reported errors are indeed fixed. Testing also needs to be performed to ensure that the fixes made to the application do not cause new errors to occur.

We use TelTRACK, our proprietary web-based defect tracker, to report and track the status of errors. Because TelTRACK is web-based, developers in remote locations can view information about errors as soon as they are detected by our QA Team, saving you both time and money. However, we do realize that some companies have their own defect-tracking systems. Whether you want to use your own defect tracking system or TelTRACK, TelSoft will accommodate your needs.
